Everything you need to know about how your order will get to you, and how to send it back if you're not 100% happy.
Our deliveries are made using third parties and include delivery to the Channel Islands.
DHL Next Day Delivery is charged at £5.95 for orders under £20, and UK Mainland customers will receive orders the next working day if ordered by 12 midday. DHL will take longer to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands with the following postcodes taking 2 days: AB31-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW0-KW14, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH50. The following postcodes will take 2-4 days according to their estimates: HS1-HS9, KW15-KW17 and ZE1-ZE3.
Please Note: While we make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after 10am there is a possibility that it will be sent the following day.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday, or Tuesday if the Monday falls on a bank holiday.

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return a product for exchange or refund.
